Grassroot Meats was established in 2002 and grew to a 7 species operation. We have recently moved across the country to Stephanie's hometown and are reestablishing our business on her parents' farmland. We sell pasture raised, grass fed beef, natural eggs, chicken and pork. Our cattle (ruminants) are fed only grass and hay. Our pigs and chickens (non-ruminants) need grain and are fed with barley grown by Stephanie's uncle on the farm. We anticipate adding new species as our farm (and family) continues to grow! Farm tours are available. Meat delivery is available, for a fee, within 50 miles. We also offer poultry processing services in our non-winterized facility. There is a 15 bird minimum. Some naturally raised produce is available in season as well as heritage seeds we have harvested from our gardens.
