Transitional farming from conventional to organic. Holistic approach to sharing & tending common local favorites. Currently we have expanded our Beaufort Rd garden to two acres. Our new assistant, Margoshia has installed a walking herb garden. Now we have a "Peace & Love" walking flower garden. Along with the growing variety of produce, we also have plans for a Nature Walk & Children's Garden. The Green Bean Teepee is already there.
Currently, we have silver queen corn, green beans, pole beans, butter beans (regular & speckled), squash, tomatoes, peppers, onions, lettuce, carrots & more to come! The herb garden is growing & we have started new additions in the greenhouse (basil, cilantro, tyme, oregano, rosemary...).
