WHO WE ARE
We moved from Pensacola, with our two children, in the spring of 2007 to develop a small-scale farm. We have learned a lot about sustainability and the realities of the current food system over the past three years, and we continue to learn.
OUR FARM PHILOSOPHY
is based on working with nature. We raise our animals on pasture, utilizing rotational grazing, compost and organic inputs to increase the vitality of life in the soil. This enables us to raise stronger, healthier animals; and in turn,

We began raising Tamworth Hogs the summer of 2010 and have had a great response from our customers who have tried it. We have some hogs that will be ready to process in Dec. Contact us to reserve a whole or half hog. We are also now raising 100% Grass Fed, Florida Cracker Cattle. We plan to start offering Beef in mid to late 2012.
