Our farm consists of 350 acres of organically certified pasture, hay and corn, along with a 25 head herd of beef cattle. Our herd consists of registered Angus and Belgian Blue cattle and are raised for both breeding stock and edible beef sales. For the dinner table we have found that the half blood Angus / Beligian Blue cross offers the best flavor, texture, and the healthiest beef available. Calving season begins early April, they are on pasture during summer months, and fed our organically certified hay during the winter months. They are ready for processing at about 18 months old (fall), and are sold in halves or whole at the price of $4.00 per packaged pound.
