Guindon Farms is a fourth generation family owned beef farm. All cattle, crops, pastures, and land are Certified Organic with OCIA. Our cattle are raised on organic pastures, naturally without hormone implants or antibiotic feed. Cattle have access to pasture year around and fresh water is supplied to all pastures in the summer. We offer 100% grass-fed cattle which are finished on intensively managed, high-quality pasture and hay that is certified organic which we grow ourselves.
Our Limousin cattle are very efficient at converting pasture grass into muscle and have lent themselves well to producing a healthier carcass which is enhanced with the grass finishing. All beef is processed at Rainbow Packing, a family-owned, USDA-inspected facility only 7 miles from the farm. Rainbow Packing was certified organic by OCIA in November of 2011 for Guindon Farms. All meat is cut to order.

I will only go to one restaurant to order a hamburger. That's because they use grass fed beef from Guindon Farms. The only burger I trust for top nutrition is at Donkers in Marquette.
