Hand-raised in small flocks by the Krepky family, our birds enjoy fresh air, natural light, and plenty of room to exercise.
Unlike commercially raised birds, which are transported long distances for slaughter and suffer from stress and dehydration, our birds are humanely processed by Cindy on the farm in a WSDA-certified facility just steps away from the poultry yard. These conditions result in a firmer meat that contains less water and fat, and more protein, vitamins, and minerals with a distinctively succulent flavor.
They average 3 lbs each and are $8/lb. All packaged in vacuum-sealed freezer bags. Payment will be adjusted based on actual weight at time of pickup.
