Gum Springs Farm produces fruit, vegetables and Beef cow/calf operation, offering; Pick your own and picked Strawberries, Lettuce, Broccoli and Cauliflower, late April thru May Sweet Corn, Green Beans, Tomatoes, Squash, Peppers and Honey, July thru September Gum Springs, an artesian spring, the start of Turnback Creek that flows at a rate of 4 million gallons a day to Stockton Lake and supports 2 varieties of water cress, 1 Radish, one mild flavored. We irrigate directly out of the spring. Gum Springs Farm is rich in history. It is very likely that while picking strawberries that you will find arrowheads as Indians usually camped around springs. They raise Muskie, Walleye, Large Mouth Bass, Channel catfish and Bluegill perch, from brood stock they have there.
