All the preserves we make come from our family's gardens. It is a collaborative effort that includes our garden (relatively small), our parent's full 1 acre garden and two of our aunts and uncles gardens (one garden that is ~3 acres and one that is ~1/2 acre), fruit trees, vines and honey bees. Between all of us, we grow a variety of tomatoes, peppers, onions, herbs and spices, peaches, pears, apples, cherries, grapes, raspberries, broom corn, pumpkins, squash, potatoes, beans, peas and lettuce. We are hoping to add northern-hardy kiwi to the list in 2011.
Our produce can be purchased fresh at the Whitewater, WI farmer's market and occasionally at the Delavan, WI farmer's market. The family also has a road-side stand where any of the above-listed items can be purchased in-season for very reasonable prices!
Hand-crafted, small batch jellies and preserves made from freshly picked local ingredients.
