Halpin Family Farms, home of "Old Fashioned Organic" is located in Nothwestern Lower Michigan, approximatly 40 miles southwest of Traverse City. We are committed to growing food by the heathiest most sustainable practices possible. We use absolutely no pesticides, hormones, or antibiotics. We are a pasture based farm raising heritage breed animals which are free-ranging, and slow grown. We raise "Slow Food". We offer for sale fresh "cage free" brown Eggs, free ranging, pastured Pork, Beef, Lamb, and Chevon(Goat). We also offer a Vegatable CSA, as well as a Dairy goat boarding program. All meats are available by the whole, half, quarter or cuts for pick-up or mail order. Farm Tours available. Please call ahead to schedule. We are also available to speak to your group or co-op about our methods, philosophy and Farm.
