Halstead Farms produces pasture raised chicken fed on 100% organic feed. These are sold fresh weekly, or frozen. Both whole chickens and breasts, legs and backs/necks are available. We sell at the Comox Valley Farmers' market on Saturdays, June through October, and from the Farm by appointment. vegetable transplants also sold seasonally, including tomatoes, ground cherries, basil, parsley, and winter veggies like kale, broccoli, chard and cabbages. These are raised using no chemical fertilizer or pesticides, following organic standards.
