All of Wise Acre Farm's Gourd Creations are made from gourds grown on our farm, or purchased from a local gourd grower. The gourds must first be dried and cleaned before being turned into a work of art.
We have a line of hand-made ornaments, for Christmas or everyday, including this lovely Dove ornament. To create this ornament, the artist first draws the design on the gourd, then woodburns the lines. Next color is added with leather dyes and paints. An acrylic sealer is then sprayed on the ornament, and a wire hanger, small bell and ribbon are added for final touches.
This ornament will last a lifetime and add many years of joy to your home and holidays.
