Happy Landings Farm, LLC

Market garden using organic methods started in Maxbass/Westhope ND area in 2012 and moving to Foxholm 2013.

We participated in 2 North Prairie Farmers Markets (Mohall & Minot) in 2012. We plan to participate in Minot (Oak Park) Farmers Market for 2013, as well as continuing with the Minot North Prairie Farmers Market. A roadside stand somewhere around the Fox (Hunter's) Den in Foxholm will be researched. CSA shares are available for 2013. Delivery to the local communities is available.

We started with a very diverse fruit/vegetable spread including beans, beets, carrots, cucumbers (picklers and slicers), eggplant, musk melons, peas, potatoes, radishes, and watermelons, and several varieties of peppers (sweet and hot), squash (summer and winter) and tomatoes (cherry, sauce and slicing). Starting in 2013, most of our varieties are heirloom, so no GMOs and we're adding veggies such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, corn, leafy greens and kohlrabi. Follow us on facebook for updates.

If there is something that you're interested in having us grow for you in bulk, please contact us by May 1, 2013.
