Jon and I have a small family farm in rural Downeast Maine. Our families have a long tradition of farming and our desire is to continue this tradition. Our farm provides unpasteurized 'real milk' and cheese as a healthy alternative dairy source to the local community . We produce our milk using organic practices from a small herd of Jersey cows and Jon makes our cheeses by hand from that milk in small batches . We are members of the Maine Cheese Guild. At times there is a limited supply of unpasteurized heavy cream available. We sell from the farm, through small convenience stores and the local healthfood store as well as ship by UPS. If you wish to visit our farm on the shores of Graham Lake, call ahead and we'll be glad to welcome you.

Aged raw milk cheddar cheese, heat treated provolone, heat treated ricotta, and ricotta salata. Unpasteurized whole and skim milk bottled in returnable glass bottles. At Christmas we partner with another local farm, Dickens Farms, to make a mail order Christmas special : a wreath, cheddar cheese, local honey and blueberry jam attractively boxed and sent via UPS all over the country.
