A single egg from our Toulouse geese can make an omelet! And, the thick white shell makes goose eggs excellent for crafts.
Our Rouens and Khaki Campells lay eggs ranging in size from jumbo to "extra" jumbo. Duck eggs taste richer than chicken eggs as a result of the additional fat and protein. Eggs for incubation are also available.
Our heritage chickens (Barred Rock, New Hampshire Red, Australorp, Black Giant, Wyandotte and Buff Orpington) lay brown eggs.
NO hormones, antibiotics, or cages are used on our farm.
