The town of Harvard, Massachusetts is thrilled to announce it will be host to an open-air Farmers' Market beginning Summer 2007! Our goal is to create a festive environment where buyers can meet their neighbors and local farmers while purchasing fresh, flavorful and nutritious foods at the same time. The Harvard Farmers' Market will be held on Saturday mornings Labor Day Weekend through the end of October from 9-12:00, rain or shine. We are located in front of the Elementary School on Massachusetts Avenue. With its Route 111 location, its proximity to the center of town, and the beautiful views of Bare Hill Pond and the new Library, the location is ideal! Harvard is a rural community with few local retailers, and our residents are already embracing the opportunity to buy delicious foods in town while supporting local producers.
