Tucson, AZ— “Local and Seasonal” is the mantra and philosophy behind MaRKeT Restaurant Group’s new concept, Harvest, which opened Monday November 24th at 10355 N. La Canada Dr. The innovative and passionate restaurateurs behind MaRKeT Restaurant Group, which includes Zona 78 and The Grill at Hacienda del Sol, are pleased to announce the opening of their latest eatery. The Harvest menu is full of carefully selected local, domestic and fresh ingredients. Some local items include grass fed beef from Oracle, organic vegetables from Willcox, and pecans and walnuts from Bowie, Arizona. Harvest is committed to finding great domestic ingredients for those that can’t be obtained locally - such as fresh Gulf shrimp from Florida, wild mushrooms from the Pacific Northwest and a variety of seafood from sustainable fisheries in Alaska, Hawaii, New England and Florida.

Harvest will open for happy hour and will serve a bar menu from 3-5pm daily. Hours of operation: Monday ? Thursday 3pm to 9pm; Friday 3pm to 10pm. Saturday 11:30am to 10 pm and Sunday 11:30 pm to 9pm. Lunch is served on weekends only from 11:30am to 2:30pm. Dinner begins at 5 pm daily. Harvest will be available for reservations by private parties, for corporate luncheons or business meetings in the afternoons during the week.
