With annual and perennial crops in intensive production, plus eggs from pastured hens, our farm supplies ingredients for The Harvest Table Restaurant, southwest Virginia's leading local foods establishment.
By canning and dehydrating our extra harvest, and by using high tunnels to extend the seasons and push the limits of our growing zone, our farm produce is featured year-round on the restaurant menu and offered for direct sale at our local farmers market. Additionally, the farm serves as a demonstration space available for scheduled tours and learning opportunities for restaurant customers, WWOOFers, interns, and local volunteers.
