A pasture based operation that currently is producing pastured eggs,broilers,turkey,&pork. We do not use any Genetically Modified grains/grasses. Broilers for 2011 will be available for purchase starting in June .
For 2011, we are continuing to carry raw milk aged cheeses and yogurts from Klein Farms and wood fired ,brick oven bread from Apple Ridge Farm, and our jams and jellies that everyone loves.
With luck, we are hoping to start production of our own cheeses and yogurts toward the fall of 2011 and, if NJ approves the legalization of raw milk, we will be applying for a raw milk sales permit. Our cows are fed only pasture and hays; making for an all grass fed milk product.

West Caldwell,
Roseland/Livingston/East Hanover area,
Montclair/Verona area,
Parsippany. Hosting leader/business would receive additional discount on products. Must have an area suitable for disbursement of products and storage of coolers/boxes from week to week. Call for details.
