Hawk's Feather Oliveto is a small farm in western Sonoma county growing award winning Tuscan variety extra virgin olive oil. It is an exceptional Tuscan style oil with rich, complex fruitiness, slightly pungent with a decidedly peppery finish. Our olives are hand picked and milled at McEvoy ranch and bottled at Olivino. It is certified extra virgin and taste tested by the California Olive Oil Council and has won Gold and Silver medals at the Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition. What separates us from all other olive oils ( we sell our 375 ml bottles of extra virgin oil for $25 ) is that all of the revenue from the sale of Hawk's Feather Oliveto olive oil goes to fund cancer research, with 100% of the funds going directly to research activities.(more...)
