Haymaker Farmers' Market

We are a cooperatively run farmers' market. We established our public farmer's market in 1992 in order to provide a local center for our area farmers with a place to retail their produce. In addition we were interested in bringing more business to our downtown area and allow direct contact between producers and consumers.Our season runs from June through October with more than 40 vendors offering a wide variety of produce, baked goods, cheese, meat, eggs, preserves, prepared foods, plants, and more. Halloween weekend is usually our last market. In 2011 we began an indoor winter market at Kent Roosevelt High School on Saturdays 9-noon (full schedule available at haymakermarket.com) We continue to provide fresh locally grown produce and baked goods at a fair price to our community.
