We have been a family owned and operated purebred Angus cattle ranch since 1990, and started selling natural grass fed Angus beef in 2007. We care deeply about our cattle: they graze freely on our lush high mountain pastures; are never given growth hormones or fed antibiotics; and are treated respectfully with minimal stress. We are proud stewards of our pasture, crop and wetlands, practice rotational grazing to minimize our environmental impact, and have a conservation easement on our property. Our beef cattle graze mountain pasture in the summer and eat nutritious locally grown hay (primarily grown by us) during our snowy winters. Butchered by a local family-owned and -operated USDA-approved butcher, our beef is dry-aged 21 days until extra tender and delicious.
We sell grass-fed beef bundles and a la carte items year-round, and custom-cut half and whole steers every fall, direct to consumers out of our ranch in Tetonia. Our beef is also available at two local grocery stores (Broulim's and Barrels and Bins in Driggs, ID) and local restaurants including Forage & Lounge (Driggs), Miso Hungry (Driggs) and Scratch (Victor). We are glad to give ranch tours and discuss our practices with one and all! Please pay us a visit.
We sell frozen grass fed beef direct to consumers year-round at our ranch outside of Driggs by appointment - just give us a call and we will arrange a time to meet you there! The order deadline for custom-cut steers (halves and wholes) is October 31 for pick-up in late Nov/early Dec.
