There are several types of headaches and they differ according to how and where the pain occurs. These include tension, cluster, simple, combination headaches and migraines. We can have more than one headache at the same time. Often, with migraines, that is exactly what is happening.
It can be a challenge to get through the day or night with such a headache.
Over the counter pain medications and/or prescription medications can be quite expensive to purchase on a regular basis and , can cause liver damage.
My herb blend of ginger, rosemary, feverfew , fenugreek , spearmint, peppermint, lemon balm and chamomile combined will help alleviate the headaches mentioned above. It is the combination of the herbs fever few, peppermint, lemon balm, ginger and rosemary, that make a migraine stop and will also, if taken on a daily basis, prevent migraine attacks from coming on to begin with. All of the herbs in my blend work together to alleviate tension in the head, neck , muscles and other parts of the body, as well as stress.
Inhale while sipping slowly my herb blend to help relieve headaches associated with migraines and to prevent migraine attacks from coming on.
My fever few has the compound called parthenolide and this appears to be responsible for the anti migraine effects.
While it is true that fresh fever few will cause mouth ulcers, tongue inflammation, swelling of the lips and occasional loss of taste this is not true of dried fever few.
All MY herbs that I present to the public are grown natural and organically and are air dried with the exception of the peppers, onions, and garlic, which I dehydrate. I grow most every herb that I sell here on LH . I have no nonsense approach to herbalism and if you read my blogs, I will guide you through the maze of safe and unsafe herbs to take.
