We are a very small, family-operated farm located just east of Hubbard, OR. We offer garden vegetables in season, filberts/hazelnuts, scented geraniums and other fragrant herbs and plants, and vegetable starts (including heirloom tomato plants). We use sustainable, natural growing practices; no commercial fertilizers or pesticides are used on the nuts or garden veggies. I use a little Miracle-Gro in the greenhouse for the young plants. The garden vegetables we offer include cilantro, tomatoes, red beets, green beans, carrots, squash, and cucumbers. We have a limited amount of space, so if there is something you would like for us to raise, let us know!
The tomato starts will be ready for sale starting about the end of April. For this year I have Amish Paste, Homestead, Sioux, Gold Nugget, and Jubilee Yellow heirlooms available. I also have some Early Girl, Better Boy, Boy-Oh-Boy, Beefsteak, Beef Maestro, Yellow Pear, San Marzano (Roma), and Sweetie 100 hybrids.
Canby Saturday Market - from May 9 to the middle of October between Holly and Ivy streets next to the railroad tracks 9:00AM to 1:00 PM. A wide selection of food, plants, and crafts is available - live music, also! I plan to split my Saturdays this year between Canby Saturday Market and Wellspring in Woodburn.
