Heisen House Vineyards opened Memorial Day weekend of 2010. This 5-acre site is also a State and National Historic Site and an example of a pioneer-era homestead. Come tour the grounds, see the 1898 farmhouse and turn of the century barn, toss some feed to the chickens and turkey, and taste our amazing wines made from LIVE, VINEA, and Salmon-Safe certified grapes.
We are committed to sustainability and caring for our land, and teaching others about "earth friendly" practices, as well. Our one acre baby vineyard is being cared for with LIVE certified practices and we currently buy the grapes we make our wines with from certified sustainable growers to support their good work.
We make 300 cases a year currently, and make whites, reds, rose, and sparkling wines. O
