We provide healthy 100% Scottish Highland Beef for private customers who appreciate beef that is tender, juicy, flavorful, delicious and fine grained. Our animals are naturally raised on lush green pastures, grain finished or grass finished and dry aged to perfection for 21 days. They are not fed any antibiotics, hormones, steroids, or animal byproducts.
Highland beef is naturally leaner and lower in cholesterol than other types of beef, which makes them the healthy choice for conscientious beef connoisseurs.
