We grow over 650 varieties of vegetables, including many heirloom varieties, on about 10 acres of rich bottomland in the Mackinaw River Valley of central Illinois. For the full list of what we grow, see our website. Although certified organic by OCIA for 7 years, we currently are not certified. We welcome your questions about our practices and encourage you to come see our highly biodiverse and sustainable operation. We have a local CSA (drop-offs on Tuesdays in Bloomington, Morton, Peoria and Eureka) and go to the Evanston Farmer's Market on Saturdays. You can sign up for the 2009 CSA by going to our website. We accept apprentices and prefer those who can commit to an entire season (April/May to October/November). Please (more...)
