I never use salt, not in cooking, baking bread or on the table. You'll notice that any recipes with my culinary herbs that there is no mention of salt. To me, salt is not necessary. I like flavor in/ on my food and that is exactly what this blend is!
This blend is suitable for general seasoning for meats, fish, chicken, salads and vegetables.
For those of you who do not want the onion and garlic, look for my SALT SUBSTITUTE WITH NO ONION AND GARLIC. The overall ingredients are different as well.
This blend is shown, but does NOT come in a glass salt shaker. The bottle is 3 " high, 1 3/4" round. The amount of herbs in this bottle if it were filled to top is 15 grams or 1/2 oz.
All of my herbal blends are formulated with the utmost care. Every herb seasoning in our kitchen is handblended per each order. Nothing is made up in batches.

All MY herbs that I present to the public are grown natural and organically and are air dried with the exception of the peppers, onions, and garlic, which I dehydrate. I grow every herb that I sell here on LH or else I wildcraft it in a safe, non-polluted wooded area nearby me.
