Many years ago this recipe for the perfect Minnesota Ham was born in a small town butcher shop on the Minnesota Prairie. Naturally raised heritage pork, low salt cure and hickory wood smoking are the basic keys to it's incredible taste.
Our Hams are fully cooked. Just heat for about an hour and a half. Add a bottle of your favorite rootbeer for an easy carmel glaze. Plus we send lots of recipies for galzes with each ham. My favorite is the honey mustard apricot glaze.
We have several ham sizes to fit your families needs. Plus we have the ham shank or hock for that perfect ham bone for country style soup.
As always, our happy heritage bred hogs are raise without the use of antibiotics, drugs or animal bi-products.
