The farm has been home to registered Jerseys for over 50 years. In 2005 we started making farmstead cheeses with our own raw milk in a PDA licensed facility. We also have a raw milk permit from the PA Dept of Agriculture and raise 225 acres of hay. The cows are pastured during the growing season and fed home grown hay the rest of the year. Products are available in local grocery stores, at the Somerset County Farmers Market and at the farm. We also sell through the Penns Corner Farm Alliance.
