We are a local family farm raising horses (for pleasure and fertility), dairy & meat goats (nubian mixes), assorted poultry and vegetables and hay (for our own livestock needs). The vacant property was purchased in 2004. The barn, water and electric were added in 2006 so the horses could come home. We have since expanded the operation to include goats and poultry. Two Polish Tatra livestock guard dogs patrol the property to help keep the livestock safe from predators. We follow organic standards and enhance the farm fertility with biodynamic practices. We are not certified organic but are considering this in the future. The property has been completely chemical free since 2004 and probably before that.
