Hidden Springs Community Farm, Inc. -- continuing a 145-year tradition of farming in Idaho's Dry Creek Valley, we grow vegetables on 5 to 10 acres along Dry Creek with our long-term hope of expanding to 26 acres. An integral part of our farm has been our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) operation. A CSA is a community of individuals who support a farm, with the farmers and consumers sharing both the risks and benefits of food production. We are organically grown since 1996 and certified organic in 2007. We have been open to residents outside of Hidden Springs, also serving the Dry Creek Valley, Eagle and greater Boise. Our community barn is situated in the historically agricultural Dry Creek Valley and adjacent to the Dry Creek Farmstead founded by the Schick Family in 1864. (more...)
