We produce and sell organic rhubarb, rhubarb roots and seeds, unfiltered local Colorado honey, "The Joy of Rhubarb" cookbooks, and horseradish roots. We offer our products by pick your own, mail order or at the Woodland Park Farmer's Market. We've been growing rhubarb for over 13 years and opened for commercial sale in 2008. We sell primarily through pick-your-own weekends at the farm and mail-order. We've shipped fresh, organic rhubarb and roots from California to Florida and restaurants in the Carribean. The Start-of-Harvest weekend, normally the first weekend in June, is a massive party of rhubarb enthusiasts and soon-to-be enthusiasts.
