Hill Jack Ridge Ranch LLC is owned and operated by a local Military couple settling down in Washington State.We wanted somewhere to call home and have found it here. All Angus are farm raised, non feed lot cattle raised from calves on local grasses only. We have springs that feed our watering holes for our cattle year round.
Grass fed angus beef, no hormones or steroids. Raised solely on local grasses in a relaxing atmosphere with spring water fed watering holes. Cattle are finished on natural corn and oats mix for 120 days. We sell 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and whole cows. All butchering and packaging done by local butcher here in Centralia Washington. Hamburger is done at 11% and steaks are cut at 3/4 inches. We sell the beef at hanging weight at 3.00 a pound. Beef is all dry aged for at least 14 days then cut to perfection.
