Hilltop Place Ranch is the home of high percentage Boer cross (meat) goats about 1 1/2 hours west of San Antonio. Our goats are raised primarily on pasture with supplementation of a small portion of non-medicated feed and alfalfa, coastal, haygrazer, sudan and peanut hays as well as recommended minerals and salt. Our emphasis is on caring for our animals in the most humane ways possible from birth to processing. Our meat is mild in flavor and is processed in a licensed, inspected facility. We offer a variety of cuts that are shown on our website along with their prices. We will assist you with recipe ideas for each cut we sell if desired. Our ranch is open to visitors by appointment. We sell our products at the ranch or at various farmers markets in the area.
