Hines Valley Farm

USDA-certified organic vegetable grower, selling at the Market Square Farmers Market on Saturdays and the FARM Market at Kingston Pike and Cherokee Blvd on Tuesdays. I pick vegetables for best flavor-- small squash and cucumbers, for example, and tomatoes ripened on the vine. I also sell in season to Three Rivers Market and the downtown grocer Just Ripe, as well as the restaurant The Plaid Apron.
