Holding ranch produces: BEEF: Grass-fed angus beef which we sell at the following Bay Area farmer's markets: Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, Moraga, Orinda, Menlo Park and San Mateo. We also sell quarters and halves by special order which we bring down to the Bay Area to deliver. All of our animals are treated humanely and we use sustainable practices in raising them. They are also never given antibiotics or grain. We do not use pesticides or insecticides on our ranch. LAMB: In addition to beef, we raise Dorper sheep. Dorpers are hair sheep and their meat is milder. CHICKEN: We also produce pastured broilers which are day rangers and are fed 100% certified organic feed.
