We have a small herd of Jersey cows and use the raw milk to make an aged farmstead cheese. No chem or pesticides on pastures and cheese is made all natural with no additives, preservatives, or artificial food coloring. Aged for at least 60 days in a walk in cooler on site. I met the owner and visited the farm and viewed the cheese room. Jeff is focused on a great cheese product and his cheese room is spotless. When you see this cheese try it! Wish they had more flavors.
