In addition to providing great local produce in a great community, they have several events that promote green living, such as recycling and rain barrel days.... [more]

I love Homewood, I love the people, the town, and the farmer's market. Although, I do not live there; I am thinking about moving there because I love the town and my children enjoy coming there all the time;and the town is very diverse and I saw the diversity when I was visiting the farmer's market and the Homewood-Flossmoor High School.

I'm so please, this year the Market has really flourished...I was so disappointed last year, as there weren't many vendors at all...this time around there are not only more vendors, but many offer organic goods / produce as well!
