At Honest to Goodness Dairy our jersey cows are fed a grass-based diet. They produce luscious milk with great cream. In the future, we plan on producing low temperature pastuerized ice cream and butter. Please note, in Alabama it is illegal to sell raw milk except for pet consumption.
