Honey is a breakfast, lunch and dinner cafe in downtown Glen Ellyn, Illinois. We use site member Dietzler Farm's natural beef, all of our chicken is free-range and our salmon is wild caught. Our house coffee is locally roasted, organic and fare-trade from Metropolis. Even our green and black iced tea is organic. We are continually adding natural and organic local sources for our menu. Honey is open Monday - Saturday 9am to 9pm and Sunday 9 to 3. Our bakery (everything from scratch made daily) and coffee bar opens an hour earlier. We like to serve classic comfort foods, but with a modern twist - fresh natural ingredients, creative plating and interesting flavor combinations.
