EMMMMM, Tasty!
From my own free range birds. These eggs will certainly get cha goin! Here at Rockgate Farm, I raise exhibition quality poultry. Most breeds that I raise are on the endangered list, so I'm doing my bit for preservation of the heritage breeds. I ship hatching eggs all over the country by special order, but cook the extras.
Made with all natural ingredients, they are sugar free, and made with very little salt. They are not for the faint of heart, as they do have a bite to them. I make them fresh to order, so allow five days or so to "season". As with any other pickled item, the longer they sit.....the stronger they git!
NOW, if you shy away from the fire.....I can make them without cayenne and jalapeno. They'll still be spicy, but without the bite :)
If you have an allergy to chicken eggs, let me know. I can make them from duck eggs (when in season), if requested. Ingredients include: Eggs, Vinegar, Water, Jalapeno Peppers, Red Pepper Chips, Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Mustard Seed, and a host of other spices. Good Stuff!
