Hoye Brothers Farm is a family owned farm located just 60 miles south of St. Louis in Ste. Genevieve MO. At Hoye Brothers Farm, we take great pride in our high protein, well maintained, nutritious pastures. All cattle at Hoye Brothers Farm have unlimited access to clean, fresh well water in every pasture and unlimited amounts of sunshine, fresh air and space to roam. Hoye Brothers will never use routine antibiotics, hormones (such as estrogens or steroids) or unnatural growth stimulants during the life cycle of our herds. We are committed to providing 100% pure grass fed beef that our customers can feel good about feeding to their families. Grass fed beef is much lower in calories and fat than grain fed beef. It is high in healthful omega-3 fatty acids, beta-carotene, and vitamin E and is a rich source of cancer fighting conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). We practice a holistic approach to farm management which sustains and nourishes the environment through restoration and soil improvement techniques. Our beef is processed in a USDA inspected facility and is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. Hoye Brothers beef can be purchased in quarter (split half), half or whole portions. Smaller amounts may be purchased, depending upon availability. Orders may be placed at any time and pick up will be determined by availability.

Our herds are Angus, Murray Grey and Angus/Murray Grey crosses known for their rich flavor. We dry age our beef for 21 days in a USDA inspected facility. You can purchase HBF beef by the quarter (split half), half or whole. Smaller amounts may be purchased depending on availability.
