Hubbell's Applewood Farm

Eggs from free-roaming hens.

Jim and Mary Ann Hubbell are both active as vendors at their local Farmers' Market - Cache Valley Gardeners' Market, located in Logan UT. The Market runs Saturdays starting Mother's Day weekend until October. Look for them at their Vendor Stand selling eggs.

Our flock of hens, fed unmedicated feed throughout the winter, can hardly wait for spring so they can start roaming throughout our small acreage, hunting for healthy, fresh nourishment from the land. Used as part of our personal IPM program, there is no longer a need for chemicals. The flavorful eggs are popular with our customers who love their deep orange yolk.

In addition to locally grown trees, vegetables, berries and herbs, Jim - an Urban Forester, cares for his orchard of heirloom apple trees. Hand pruning is his specialty and he'd love to consult with you about the care of and setting up of an organic or low spray program for your own urban forest.

Drop by and visit us at the Market.
