Specializing at this time in Eggs, Heritage Apples and Herbs.

Jim and Mary Ann Hubbell are both active as vendors at their local Farmers' Market - Cache Valley Gardeners' Market, located in Logan UT. The Market runs Saturdays starting Mother's Day weekend until October. Look for them at their Vendor Stand selling eggs, Waldorf toys, apples and plants.

Our flock of hens, fed unmedicated feed throughout the winter, anxiously await for the weather to permit the gates to be opened so they can resume roaming throughout our small acreage, hunting for healthy, fresh nourishment from the land. Used as part of our personal IPM program, there is no longer a need for chemicals. The flavorful eggs are popular with our customers who love their deep orange yolk. He (more...)
