We are very strict about practicing sustainable agriculture.To us this means no s pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers and never any GMO seeds or products. Most important to us is the health of our soil; which we maintain by cover cropping . enriching with soil amendments and crop rotation. We offer farm stays and special event bookings at the Lodge @ Humble Hill Farm. It's a 3 bedroom 1,300+ sq. ft. vacation lodge- a foodie paradise! We grow: 4 types of potatoes,5 types of Garlic soft neck and hard neck, onions, shallots, leeks, beets, scallions, kale, chard, cabbage, fennel, carrots of many colors, lettuces, lettuce mix & Arugula, cucumbers, peas -- shell and snap.

Beans String and horticultural, summer squash, brussel sprouts, heirloom tomatoes &Tomatillo, asian greens, Tot Soi, Pac choi, Peppers -Sweet and hot, spinach & Orach, parsnip Herbs -- Basil, Cilantro, Mint, Parsley Apple Peaches Pears Blueberries Black Berries

We offer internships to serious people who are passionate about local foods and seek out real life experience in growing them. We have 4 farm tours a year.
