Husker Hollow Farm is located in the rolling hills of southwesten Wisconsin in the Kickapoo Valley near the town of La Farge. Our small 25 acre farm is 100% pasture, pond, and woodland. Cattle spend the summer days grazing the green hillsides and resting in tree-shaded fence lines. In winter they are fed locally grown grass and alfalfa bales and have access to an open style barn if they choose. No growth hormones, animal proteins, or Hi-tech feeds are used... it's basically green grass and clear water. Steve and Karen have lifelong experience in working with animals and farming and can guarantee the animals are well cared for and always produce a healthy, delicious, and affordable product. Contact us if you have any questions or want to come out to see the farm and get the whole story on why grass fed beef is becoming such a hit with beef lovers everywhere. We sell beef by the individual cut or by the half, in any amount you would like.
