Part of the mint family, horehound is a perennial and has long been used to help clear the sinuses/congestion and for coughs. Sold loose in a zip-pac bag-contains approximately 1/2 cup loose dried herb. This "tea" can be steeped using a teaball, linen tea bag or disposable filter/tea bag. I will include a free linen teabag, if requested, and instructions for brewing are on the label. Drink up, and to your health!
