The Imperial Stock Ranch is a living legacy of continued beef, sheep, hay and grain production that began in 1871. Declared a National Historic District, the ranch blends the sustainability of production agriculture with the preservation of it's historical significance. We demonstrate our efforts in land conservation and stewardship with practice and education and we hand select our beef and lamb from stock that is raised from birth on the ranch and fed our own grasses and grains. The Imperial Stock Ranch family is working with other area ranches who are using the same animal and earth friendly, sustainable farming practices. Together we are committed to providing local, year round fresh product that is unequaled in quality, flavor, or service.
