Well, suffice it to say that the growing season of 2011 is done. What a disaster the garden was this year!! We had so much rain so early and my seedlings got somewhat pot bound and then the plants didn't do so well. The rain stopped and it got dry for a time and family things came up and weeds took over.....ah well, there is always next year. We intend to downsize a bit but hope to still offer some produce for sale here at the farm next season. The only produce we were able to offer for about a week in September was sweet corn! We hope to see you next year! God bless and we pray your pantries are full for the winter ahead. We always keep our freezer pork stocked up at Local Roots in downtown Wooster year round! Stop by and check out all the local products.
We are a husband and wife team who grow chemical-free produce and harvest with love and care! Come and check out some real food with us this summer In The Garden! Also please check out our freezer pork stocked year round at Local Roots in downtown Wooster.

Bought loads of super tomatoes, peppers and squash this year and all were great. Very nice quality and great prices for our large family.
