Welcome to Inchworm Microgreens Farm CSA.

What are microgreens? They are similar to sprouts only they are grown in soil in trays and they are slightly bigger. Popular varieties are pea and sunflower shoots.

Microgreens are packed with nutrition and have big flavor. That is why they have become popular with chefs and home cooks. They are used for salads, as garnishes, on sandwiches and wraps, or as a fresh snack. My family keeps a tray on the dinner table and cuts our own fresh living salad greens for meals. They are a great addition to any diet, and because they are a live food, they are perfect for raw food enthusiasts.

Inchworm Microgreens is offering a variety of Microgreens: Pea Shoots, Sunflower Shoots, and Wheat Grass. (more...)
